The Benefits of Breastfeeding

Lingerie4Moms is a proud advocate for moms. We know that nurturing a child is beautiful blessing but at times it can be stressful. To breastfeed or not to breastfeed is a personal decision. We believe that the choice is yours.

Research shows that there are many health benefits to breastfeeding for both the mother and child. A mother’s breast milk contains all the key nutrients a baby would need for their first year of life. The nutrients found in breast milk helps to fight against many common infections, allergies, as well as, reduce the risk of childhood obesity.

Breast milk also helps moms with weight loss, as well as, protect against some cancers. Breastfeeding is a beautiful experience for mom and baby.

Remember, you can get some of the benefits of breast-feeding from formula as well. Your goal is to make the right decision for you and your baby.
